At EL Candle, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service.
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Below are our policies regarding specific scenarios:

Damaged or Incorrect Candles

If you receive a damaged or incorrect candle, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Ensure you take clear photos of the issue for any production-related problems.
We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Scent Mistakes

As our candles are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for scent mistakes.
Please check the scent description carefully before placing your order to ensure you select the right one.

Incorrect Address or Rejected Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if you choose to reject it, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
Please double-check your address before finalizing your order to avoid any issues.

Shipping Times

We need 2-3 days to prepare your candle. During busy holiday times, it might take up to 7 days.
Once ready, your order will be shipped and should reach you within 2-5 business days.
Please note that these are estimates and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We are not responsible for shipping delays.

Package Safety

To ensure the safe delivery of your package, please keep an eye on the estimated delivery date.
We are unable to cover the cost of stolen packages.
Consider using a secure delivery location or requesting a signature upon delivery if you have concerns about package safety.
